A bold, balanced blend that shines across multiple brew methods — especially with milk.
Espresso
Dose: 18–20g
Yield: 36–40g
Time: 25–30 seconds
Grind: Fine (like powdered sugar)
Tip: Punches through milk beautifully — flat whites, cappuccinos, and lattes are where this blend shines.
Long Black
Method: Pour 120ml hot water into a cup, add a double shot of espresso on top
Tip: Keeps the blend’s bold character intact while highlighting its smooth body and subtle sweetness.
French Press
Ratio: 1:15 (e.g., 30g coffee to 450ml water)
Grind: Coarse (like breadcrumbs)
Temp: 93°C
Brew Time: 4 minutes
